More guests can change the physical bar as well as the team.
Cocktailhire's bar baseline is one 1.5-metre unit per 100 guests, with another unit for each additional 100. Staffing follows a separate one-bartender-per-50-guests baseline, so these two parts do not increase at exactly the same point.
The room still needs enough working depth, equipment space and a clear guest approach. A bigger frontage is not useful if the team cannot restock or guests cannot move around it. Send the full guest count and the floor plan together, especially when evening arrivals increase attendance.
A practical example
At 150 guests, the baseline is two bar units and three bartenders. That gives 3 metres of bar frontage, but the complete working footprint must be agreed for the selected setup.
