Wedding drinks work best when the menu is clear, serviceable and easy for guests to understand. You choose from the existing Cocktailhire menu, and we build the event menu from those choices. That gives the wedding a proper cocktail list without pretending the sensible answer is days of new drink development.
The aim is not to make the couple do more work. The aim is to give guests a menu that feels considered, while keeping service fast enough for the room. That is why the drinks, timings, guest numbers and bar setup are treated together before the booking is confirmed.
What this is not
Clear boundaries make the booking safer.
- It is not a guest-paid bar. Guests do not open tabs or pay us drink by drink during the wedding.
- It is not table wine or meal drinks. Those sit with the caterer or venue unless separately agreed in writing.
