Cocktail Service in London Hotel Settings: Claridge’s & Nobu

Cocktailhire’s published event history includes cocktail bars and service at Claridge’s and event bartender work in Nobu Hotel settings. For a new private reception or dinner, the practical brief starts with the booked room, approved suppliers and the service already provided by the hotel.

Build the service around the room

A useful existing hotel counter may support staff-only hire. Where the event needs its own installation, a staffed mobile bar provides a separate preparation and service point. Choose the equipment from measured space and the room’s agreed use.

Coordinate with the hotel team

Confirm permission for outside bar staff, loading instructions and preparation time. Identify which team supplies ingredients, ice, glasses and storage. Include collection, clearing and the event’s running order so responsibilities are agreed before arrival.

Private dinners and receptions

For a dinner, place the cocktail period around seating and courses. For a reception, plan the first arrival period and any speeches. Our starting guide of one bartender per 50 guests is adjusted to the selected drinks, timing and supporting duties.

A written brief for your booking

Send the date, address, booked room, guest count and service hours. Include the hotel contact and its document requirements. Our quote identifies the team, equipment, supplies and travel for your own event.
