Measure both the bar and the route
Floor space is the area needed after assembly. Doors, lifts, stairs, turns and the loading route must be checked separately. Keep guest circulation, emergency routes and other suppliers outside the working footprint.
Use the dimensions for your selected layout
Straight: ordered length by 1.5m depth, comprising 0.75m bar and 0.75m working space. Horseshoe: ordered width by 2.5m depth. Full island: 5.5m by 3.5m. Gatsby bookings require at least two units.
