Tier 1 is £7.25 per guest per hour, or £29 for four hours. Tier 2 is £8.50 per guest per hour, or £34 for four hours. Tier 3 is £9.75 per guest per hour, or £39 for four hours. For 50 guests over four hours the respective totals are £1,450, £1,700 and £1,950, before travel and agreed extras.
All three tiers bring the bar, staff and agreed supplies together. Choose up to five cocktails from the existing menu within the selected tier’s rules. The booking system shows eligible choices. Bottled beer, prosecco and wine are included during cocktail-bar service. Drinks for a separate seated meal, table service, Champagne or a particular spirit brand are arranged by specific agreement.
We supply the booked bar, staff, working equipment and agreed cocktail ingredients, ice and glasses. You provide the approved space and access to it. Confirm the loading point, installation window, service hours, power for illuminated equipment where needed, and the agreed clearing arrangements.
Our initial planning guides are one bartender per 50 guests and one 1.5m bar unit per 100 guests. The drink selection, simultaneous arrivals and other duties can change the final plan. Choose a finish and measured layout, then use the production information to show the venue the required working footprint.
Plan the reception, meal and evening service together. A planned dinner or speech break can pause wedding service for up to two hours where agreed. Record the timing in the booking instead of assuming a break changes the quoted service hours. Your event sheet gives the team and venue the same plan.
