Start with the event timetable
Give us the guest count, address, service hours and likely arrival peak. Include presentations, speeches and any period when everyone will approach the bar together. For multi-floor offices, identify separate service points and how stock reaches each one.
Use your procurement process or ours
Your company can order ingredients and ice using the agreed shopping list while we supply the bar and staff. Alternatively, a stocked package includes the agreed drinks ingredients, ice and glassware. Choose the arrangement that fits your internal purchasing and venue provision.
Amazon Manchester: a real office setup
For an after-work Amazon Manchester team event, Cocktailhire supplied a three-metre wooden mobile bar and bartender service. Amazon arranged ingredients and ice through its internal ordering process. The selected menu included Mojitos, Sex on the Beach and Pina Coladas.
Access and equipment
Send the loading location, lift size, security procedure and time the team can begin preparation. Keep office equipment and guest circulation clear of the working bar. Include any building requirements for supplier paperwork and illuminated equipment so they can be checked for the actual booking.
An organiser’s written handover
The event sheet should identify the venue contact, service start and finish, staff, bar layout, supplies and agreed clearing duties. Confirm invoice and procurement details through the normal booking process. Quote totals depend on your staff, hours, equipment, supplies and postcode.

What should I send for an initial quote?
Start with the date, full event postcode, guest count and service hours. State whether you need staff at an existing counter, a staffed mobile bar or a stocked package. You can choose cocktails after establishing the service.
Can I choose the cocktails?
Choose up to five drinks from the existing Cocktailhire menu. The event menu uses your selected drinks. Stocked-package tiers have different eligible menu choices, shown in the booking system.
Who supplies drinks, ice and glasses?
For staff-only hire, you provide ingredients, ice and glasses using the shopping list. Add glassware with a staffed mobile bar, or choose a stocked package with the agreed cocktail ingredients, ice and glasses included.
