ABOUT COCKTAILHIRE
The name on the booking is the team that turns up.
When you hire someone to handle the drinks, the practical question is not whether the website can make everything sound impressive. It is whether the people arriving at your event are known, capable and already committed to the booking.
Cocktailhire is led by Stu Hoyland and has spent more than 20 years working in cocktails and events. We use an established team we know. We do not take a booking and then search public staffing groups for whoever happens to be free.
THE STANDARD THE PRICE PROTECTS
Every confirmed event we have ever taken has been attended.
That record exists because the team is paid properly and a paid booking is treated as protected. Cocktailhire is not the cheapest quotation, and does not pretend to be. The difference is certainty: the people allocated to your event are our team, not strangers being recruited after you have paid.
WHAT WE ACTUALLY SUPPLY
The right level of help for the room you already have.
If the venue already has a useful service point, a cocktail maker, mixologist, bartender or flair bartender may be all the event needs. If it needs a physical bar, there is mobile bar hire and cocktail bar hire. For a complete host-paid service, the All-In-One package brings the bar, ingredients, ice, glassware and service plan together.
Clients choose from the existing Cocktailhire menu. The event menu is then built from those selected drinks, with the relevant event sheet and shopping list kept clear.
