Choose between supporting and separating the service
An extension may help a main reception bar cope with more guests while the venue retains the wider drinks plan. Confirm whether the additional team uses venue stock and glasses or brings separately quoted equipment and supplies.
A separate bar may serve cocktails in a sponsor lounge or evening room while the venue handles other drinks elsewhere. Make the choice clear to guests and agree replenishment and used-glass collection at each position. The floor plan should show how the bars work together without creating competing queues.
