House parties
A house party is often the simplest fit. A kitchen island, dining counter or sturdy table can become the service point, leaving the cocktail maker to bring the bar tools and make the selected drinks. The host buys the ingredients from the Cocktailhire shopping list.
The important questions are access, working space and whether guests can reach the bar without filling the kitchen. If the kitchen is already carrying the food service, a separate mobile bar may be clearer.
Garden parties and marquees
A garden or marquee can work well, but a cocktail maker cannot turn an empty patch of grass into a working bar. There must be a level, sheltered service point with lighting and sensible access to the house or storage area.

The correct service depends on the real guest number and the actual service window. Reducing the guest figure to obtain a lower quote only produces the wrong staffing and shopping list. The aim is not to make the booking look smaller; it is to make the night work.
