Five checks that separate a useful quote from a good photograph
1. Is the bar being sized for the room and the number of guests?
Start with the dimensions. Ask for the length, depth and working space behind the bar, then measure the route from the unloading point to the room. Doorways, lifts, stairs, marquees and restricted setup windows all matter.
The number of guests matters too. A small bar may physically fit, but that does not mean it can support the pace of service.
