Compare Cocktailhire bar finishes by the appearance you want, then check the layout against your venue’s measured floor space. A beautiful frontage still needs working depth, guest access and a service plan that follows your wedding timetable.

Chesterfield finishes for a defined reception bar

White Chesterfield gives a light padded frontage; Black Chesterfield creates a darker finish. Compare both with your room, linen and lighting. Straight, horseshoe and island layouts use different footprints, so settle the position before choosing the larger shape.

Wood and foliage for a natural palette

Wood offers a timber-faced bar; foliage gives a planted appearance. Either can sit within a garden or barn wedding design when the venue allows the setup and provides suitable access and shelter. The finish is a visual choice, separate from the supplies included.

Mirror Brick for reflective surroundings

Mirror Brick reflects the room and surrounding light. Check its appearance against the venue’s surfaces and lighting plan. Leave the full working space behind the bar and guest circulation around the finished installation.

Illuminated bars for evening service

Compare the available LED designs, including the Gatsby artwork. Gatsby requires a booking of two units or more. Discuss the selected equipment’s power requirements with the venue and use the product visual alongside the floor plan.

Tie the appearance to the wedding service

Select your drinks from the existing menu and plan arrival, meal and evening service. Choose a stocked package if you want the agreed ingredients, ice and glassware included. Share the production information with the venue or marquee company before furniture is installed.
