Mobile Bar Hire Prices: Staff, Bars & Stocked Packages
Compare Cocktailhire’s current UK booking prices on the same basis: staff-only service, a staffed mobile bar, or a package with agreed drinks supplies. The figures below are Cocktailhire prices before postcode travel, not a claimed market average.
1. Staff-only: from £270
One cocktail bartender, cocktail maker or mixologist costs £270 for the first three service hours, then £67.50 per additional hour. You supply a suitable counter, drinks, ingredients, ice and glasses. The bartender brings working tools; the selected-menu shopping list helps you buy the supplies.
2. Staffed mobile bar: from £595
A 1.5m bar unit costs £325 and one bartender for three hours costs £270. Together they start at £595. Keeping the same bar and booking two bartenders gives £865. A second bar unit adds £325. Glassware with the staffed bar is usually £2 per person.
3. Stocked package: from £29 per guest
Tier 1 costs £7.25 per guest per hour: £29 for four hours. Tier 2 is £8.50 per hour: £34 for four hours. Tier 3 is £9.75 per hour: £39 for four hours. Minimum 50 guests and four hours gives £1,450, £1,700 or £1,950 respectively, before travel and agreed extras.
Compare like-for-like totals
Ask whether a quote includes staff, the physical bar, ingredients, ice, glasses, travel, installation and removal. Compare the same guest count and hours. A bare structure, staffed bar and stocked package cover different responsibilities; a low headline alone cannot explain the total.

State your postcode, access and service hours. Identify any additional bars, glassware, branded fronts or performance requirements.
