A mirror bar reflects the room and its lighting. A wooden or Chesterfield finish gives the bar a more defined surface of its own. Neither is automatically the better choice: compare the actual setting, the event's colours and how prominently you want the bar to appear.
When a mirror finish makes sense
Mirror-brick panels can sit well among glass, reflective details and evening lighting. They also reflect what is opposite them, so look beyond a close-up product photograph. When to compare other finishes
Wooden panels may suit a warmer room or garden setting. White or black Chesterfield fronts give a different, upholstered appearance. Compare them against the furniture and lighting you will actually use, not a loosely defined promise of a more expensive-looking party.
