How Do Guest Numbers Change Wedding Package Pricing

Guest numbers change both the price and the working plan.

Wedding cocktail packages are priced per person, per service hour at the selected tier, subject to the package minimums. More guests also affect staffing and bar provision, so use the total being served rather than a reduced estimate.

Cocktailhire's planning baselines are one bartender per 50 guests and one 1.5-metre bar unit per 100 guests. Crossing those points can change the setup as well as the supplies. The quote preserves its guest-number floor: you can increase numbers if plans grow, but not lower them to obtain a cheaper quote.

A practical example

An evening total of 120 means the original day guests plus new evening arrivals if everyone remains. It does not mean only the additional people who arrived later. Tell us the attendance pattern so service and pricing reflect the real event.

What to confirm for your wedding

  • Total guests present during each serving period
  • Package minimum of 50 guests and four hours
  • Any increase from the number already quoted
