The tier changes your menu choices and hourly rate.
Choose the wedding package tier for the drinks you want to offer, not because you think a lower tier means a less capable team. Cocktailhire's three tiers have different menu access and per-person hourly rates. Guest numbers, service hours and agreed extras still need to be the same when you compare prices.
What each tier lets you choose
- Tier 1: Yellow Menu. Choose five drinks from the Yellow tier. The package rate is £6.25 per person, per service hour.
- Tier 2: Yellow and Blue, with one optional Green choice. Choose five drinks from the available Yellow and Blue options, with the option to include one Green upgrade choice. The rate is £7.50 per person, per service hour.
- Tier 3: Full Tier Access. Choose any five drinks across Yellow, Blue and Green. The rate is £8.75 per person, per service hour.
All three have a minimum of 50 guests and four service hours. You select from the existing Cocktailhire menu; the event menu is built from those choices. Check the available drinks in the booking menu before settling on a tier.
What does not change just because you choose another tier
The wedding package brings the bar, team, selected cocktail ingredients, ice and glassware together. A higher menu tier is not a promise of extra bartenders, a larger bar or different glassware. Those requirements follow your guest count, event arrangement and any additions explicitly included in the quote.
A practical comparison
If your five preferred drinks are available in Yellow, Tier 1 may provide the selection you need. If you want Blue choices, compare Tier 2. If your preferred selection needs broader Green access, compare Tier 3. Keep the date, venue, real guest number and serving hours unchanged so you can see what the menu choice actually costs.
An agreed dinner or speech pause and any upgrades should be recorded with the booking. The written quote confirms the total, including any applicable travel or additions; the per-person rate alone is not the final event total.
