Tell us when numbers grow; do not quietly change the working plan.
Guest numbers can be increased if your wedding plans grow, but the number included in a quote cannot be lowered to obtain a cheaper quote. Keep Cocktailhire informed so staffing, bar provision and supplies match the booking.
Use the total attending each part of cocktail service, including day guests who remain for the evening. More people can mean more staff, another bar unit and additional supplies. A changed guest list should therefore be dealt with through the booking, rather than assumed to be absorbed by the original setup.
A practical example
If 100 guests becomes 130, tell us before the event so the plan can reflect 130 people. If your personal RSVP list later changes in the other direction, do not interpret that as permission to alter the quote's guest-number floor yourself.
