The package supplies the cocktail bar, not a shopping job for you.
A Cocktailhire wedding cocktail package includes the bar, team, ingredients for the cocktails selected within your tier, ice and glassware. The couple does not need to buy those package ingredients separately.
You choose from the existing menu and agree the guest numbers and service periods. Keep any wine, beer or other drinks outside the agreed cocktail package clearly assigned. Access, room facilities and the venue's arrangements also need confirming; they do not become included simply because the cocktail service is packaged.
A practical example
The optional ingredient itinerary in package paperwork is a record of what Cocktailhire is bringing. It is not a client shopping list. Staff-only bookings are different and retain their agreed client-supply responsibilities.
