Choose the service for your event
For private homes and marquee weddings, decide how the cocktail bar sits alongside catering, dining and the evening entertainment. A supplied bar creates a defined working area; staff-only service can use a suitable existing counter.
Prices for your Cheshire booking
One cocktail bartender costs £270 for three hours, then £67.50 per additional hour. A 1.5m bar with one bartender starts at £595 for three hours. Stocked packages start at £29 per guest for four hours, minimum 50 guests. Your postcode determines the separately quoted travel.
Access and floor space
Ask the marquee or venue team to reserve the full working footprint before fixing tables and flooring. Include the delivery surface, parking and the route from the vehicle to the bar. Straight bars need their ordered width by 1.5m working depth, horseshoes 2.5m depth and the full island 5.5m by 3.5m. Leave guest circulation outside the working footprint.
Drinks, glasses and preparation
Choose up to five cocktails from the existing menu. With staff-only hire, you supply the ingredients, ice and glasses using our shopping list. Add glassware with our staffed mobile bar, or choose a stocked package that includes the agreed drinks supplies. Confirm venue permission and who provides each item.
Plan the booking
Enter the date, full venue postcode, total guests and service window for an initial quote. Include the room or floor, loading arrangements and any concentrated arrival period. The written quote and event sheet record the agreed team, bar, supplies and timings.

Booking questions
What should I send for an initial quote?
Start with the date, full event postcode, guest count and service hours. State whether you need staff at an existing counter, a staffed mobile bar or a stocked package. You can choose cocktails after establishing the service.
Can I choose the cocktails?
Choose up to five drinks from the existing Cocktailhire menu. The event menu uses your selected drinks. Stocked-package tiers have different eligible menu choices, shown in the booking system.
Who supplies drinks, ice and glasses?
For staff-only hire, you provide ingredients, ice and glasses using the shopping list. Add glassware with a staffed mobile bar, or choose a stocked package with the agreed cocktail ingredients, ice and glasses included.
