One cocktail bartender costs £270 for three hours, then £67.50 per additional hour. A 1.5m bar with one bartender starts at £595 for three hours. Stocked packages start at £29 per guest for four hours, minimum 50 guests. Your postcode determines the separately quoted travel.

For an office or retail event, identify loading access, lifts, security and the floor where service takes place. For a home party, a suitable existing kitchen counter may be all the equipment you need. Straight bars need their ordered width by 1.5m working depth, horseshoes 2.5m depth and the full island 5.5m by 3.5m. Leave guest circulation outside the working footprint.
