A stable counter with working space can be enough for staff-only service. You provide ingredients, ice and glasses using the shopping list. If you prefer a dedicated bar, choose our staffed mobile bar and add glassware. A stocked package suits parties of at least 50 guests over four hours.
Share the full guest count and when people arrive. Include food, speeches and any point when most guests will order together. For garden and marquee parties, agree weather protection, access and the measured bar position before furniture is installed.
Keep space behind the bar for preparation and supplies, plus guest circulation in front. Straight layouts need 1.5m working depth at the chosen length; a horseshoe needs 2.5m depth. The full island requires 5.5m by 3.5m, separate from guest space.
