An equipped venue counter can support staff-only service. Where the event needs an additional position, our team supplies and operates a mobile bar. Confirm the measured working area, access route and service period for each position before choosing the layout.
Allocate drinks, ingredients, ice, glassware, cold storage, waste handling and replenishment. Staff-only bookings use client or venue supplies. Glassware can be added with our staffed mobile bar, while a stocked package combines the agreed drinks supplies with the equipment and team.
Identify the person controlling the event timetable and the contact for each supplier. Separate cocktail service from table waiting, wine service elsewhere, glass collection and venue closing duties unless those are expressly agreed. Put responsibilities in the written event plan.
For hotel receptions, private dining and exhibition spaces, confirm external-supplier permission and the delivery route for the booked room. Send document requirements before the event so the appropriate current paperwork can be checked. Room access, lifts, floor protection and removal windows are venue-specific.
Cocktail bartenders start at £270 each for three hours, then £67.50 per additional hour. A mobile bar unit is £325 per 1.5m, alongside our staff. Supplied packages start at £29 per guest for four hours with a 50-guest minimum. Travel and agreed extras are separate.
