What arrives with a staffed mobile bar
We deliver and assemble the selected bar, prepare the working area, provide Cocktailhire bartenders for the booked hours and dismantle our equipment afterwards.
If you already have a suitable bar or counter, staff-only hire may be sufficient. If you need the bar structure, add it to the staffed booking and confirm the layout, access and supplies.
Serving and preparation space
The bar provides a guest-facing counter and a working area for drink preparation. Its floor plan includes the working depth; allow additional space for guests around it.
Scaled to guest numbers
Plan around one 1.5m bar unit per 100 guests and one bartender per 50 guests. The selected drinks, event timings and available space determine the final arrangement.
Drinks, ice and glassware
For staff-only service with a mobile bar, you supply drinks, ingredients and ice unless the quote includes them. Glassware can be added to the staffed bar booking.
Homes, marquees and gardens
For a house, marquee or garden event, confirm a suitable service position, the bar footprint and delivery access. Agree an appropriate weather fallback for an outdoor setup.
Corporate and larger rooms
For offices, launches, receptions, festivals and busier rooms, the bar position, queue line, stock access and staff numbers matter as much as the look of the bar.
